Messing about on the water.......

.... not me, I'm just watching and enjoying the experience vicariously.  I'd intended walking into town but found I didn't have the energy;  I suppose this is what happens after not moving much for a week and of course the heat isn't really conducive to exercise.  I used to bring my gym kit and go to the fitness centre whilst on holiday but the older I get the less I want to make the effort;   I much prefer to go "proper" walking rather than walk on a treadmill and hopefully I'll get round to doing a bit more of that whilst we're here. We've had another lovely day and the time is just slipping away.
