Obama Time

I have to admit, being outside the country has really engendered in me patriotism that I never knew existed [and not for Obama alone, either, though I did laugh when the SA commentator mused that the record turnout was there just to ensure W left for good this time). Tonight was probably our first and only opportunity to go out and meet some other Americans around the city (rare occurrence), but as everyone else in Cape Town would say...who the hell would want to do that?! Instead Lindsey and I elected to go over to Norton's for a big Coke and cheeseburger. And cool hats. [i]Elected. Ha, ha.[/i]
