holidays!

It's the school October holidays now; it seems like 10 minutes since they were off for the summer.

This is the first time in years that I'm not away over the October holidays so +1/2 booked us a trip to Mallorca on the cheap. The only problem was that being on the cheap we were flying with a certain yellow and blue airline from Prestwick. Prestwick, if you've never been there, is only slightly different from a largish cow shed. As for the yellow and blue airline. Bah. But they got us there in the end.

Got the hire car, headed off to Port de Pollença and found the villa. Lovely place with our own pool too! And the heat! Now, time to relax...
