My Dear Fellows & Dear Princess Normal,

I ordered these items from an expat website. I do hope this does not constitute advertising. For the record, it's just the first one I found and this picture does not necessarily imply an endorsement. 

Regular HP Sauce is easy to find here, but the fruity variety... that is a different matter. I like fruity sauce sometimes with sausages. And also with Greggs sausage rolls.

GREGGS! Why? Why? Whyyyyyyyyyy??? Oh god I miss you SO MUCH!

The Battenberg Bites are for Er Indoors. She loves them. I have to admit, I got a lump in the throat seeing them again, but that is only because my Lovely Nieces used to refer to Battenberg as "SpongeBob & Patrick" when they were little. Something which makes them cringe with embarrassment when their grandad reminds them of this EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY VISIT HIM EVER.

And gravy granules. You can get the regular Bisto ones here, but not the posh ones. And as you know I am a man of refined tastes.

Speaking of which, Er Indoors received a birthday gift from her sister Feefs today. It was an entire box of Designer Chocolate Brownies.

"There's no pot in them," added Feefs. And if you know Feefs, you will understand why she felt the need to add this. We WOULD have spent the entire time wondering, otherwise. "Are you feeling anything...? I think I'm feeling something..."

In other news, it is really effing hot today. All I want to do is stick my bits into a cup of ice-water and run round the house squealing. 

It's worth thinking about.
