A wee Texan in cowboy boots

We were out for Sunday lunch today at Darcie and Keith's house. They cooked the main course of roast chicken, and we took curried parsnip soup as a starter and fruit salad for pudding.

The meal was timed to coincide with Jackson's afternoon nap. Afterwards, however, he came downstairs and showed off his new footwear. He looked quite the wee Texan in his jeans and cowboy boots.
