My full work day and most pleasant it was too - the highlight being a stroll in the bitter wind glorious sunshine with my workmate Sally to buy cake!

This evening my youngest niece whatsapped us a video of her doing the splits, a headstand and a headstand into a bridge. In return we sent her a video of us all trying but failing miserably to do any of it. This is my attempt at a headstand and about as far as I got!

The observant will have spotted CBB on the TV behind me. We’ve been forced to watch it by Eldest and my friend Jayne but it’s turning into compulsive viewing - even MrRoly is hooked! I especially enjoyed the factory challenges but mostly like the mix of celebs that are in there...
