Bird Pie Thingymajig

My second apple pie attempt. The cinnamon amount was correct this time (one tsp not tbsp). Still need a bit more practice on the pastry as it was a bit thin so the steam bird didn't really do it's job properly (I think I used a bigger baking tray this time, doh). But it was rather tasty. The lime marmalade did the trick in the pastry (forgot to buy a lemon for the zest) and the dark brown sugar..... totally yum.
