Ginger Latte

I met a friend, who I hadn't seen for a while, for a walk along the Prom and coffee.  This was her Ginger Latte(!).  I opted for plain breakfast tea.  She was in good spirits and looking forward to 2018.  That's all good.

Home to a spot of cooking for now and the freezer.  When I was tidying papers the other day I found a recipe for 'sumptuous beef and treacle casserole' which had been given to me by another friend some time ago and which I had forgotten all about.  Yum.
