Life Flashing By

I took this shot during my morning commute. I liked the way the shadows of the passengers, oblivious to the world outdoors, was superimposed on the blur of the autumn leaves outdoors.

Life certainly does move quickly. Tonight I am guest lecturing for "Lawyers' Night" in th undrgraduate program in which I was a student two decades ago. I'm kind of scared. Actually, a lot scared. Ordinarily I have no trouble with public speaking, but thes are really smart kids with penetrating questions who will be expecting adults who have it all figured out. And I just don't.
