Cloisters

We visited a Museum of European Art and Architecture,  the Hudson river runs along side it looks like an abbey or Monastery  , up on a hill; constructed in 1938, some new with some of the old architecture,  from Europe there are some stained glass windows from Salisbury and Canterbury Cathedral,  most of the artefacts and beautiful tapistries  were from France, and other parts of Europe it was really interesting set in 5 acres there are gardens today was sooo cold we did not stay outdoors to 
long.  wind chill made it feel like 20 degrees.   the blip is walking up into the Museum  I forgot to switch my camera from B/W
