I still love doing these shots.

The exif data is below what it doesn't tell you is that I have it set on manual focus. I can't track them any more (they are just too fast for me) so I watch to see what route they take regularly and set the focus at a suitable spot. I then use the remote trigger when they appear to be going in the right direction.
I get through a lot of shots!
