Carrots

These are our carrots from the polytunnel which I had forgotten about as I haven't been in it for a while. Unusually, myself and smallest decided to go for a little walk in the woods in the dark- hadn't been out all day and was feeling a bit agitated. We ended up walking around the outside of the castle which was a bit spooky and into the overgrown Walled garden where my polytunnel is. Mostly to check it was still there as it's pretty old, the plastic is way past its recommended replacement date and it can get pretty windy here. It was still in one piece and then we noticed the carrots so we dug a few up in the dark, like you do.
