Craigmillar Castle

On a hunt today for a landscape which would translate well into B & W - not easy after a week of dark evenings when I leave school and a VERY  grey day today where all the hills round about were greyed out if we could even see them. N kindly detoured up round past Craigmillar castle to help me find a subject.
The rest of the day....... took the desk to the dump, went to hairdresser and had coffee with an old and ear friend who is H's godmother. H joined us too. Now settling down to vegetable curry and beer :)
Took the blip totally on manual except for focusing which I'm quite pleased about.
