Borderlands

Thanks for the hearts and stars yesterday, now to get to 7 years!
Today we met up with friends for a walk in the Manor hills (south of Peebles).
There was a cold wind at the car but mostly not too bad once we were walking, though  it stayed grey all day with cloud on the top of Dollar Law across the valley (it is quite a bit bigger). There was also this brief bit of almost sun on the hills above Megget Water.
It was a tough walk, despite the lowish altitude, as there weren't many paths, the ground was pretty soggy and we were ploughing through heather, tussocky grass, thick saturated moss and wet snow. Certainly a good workout and mostly enjoyable in spite of the above - and the company was good. I only took 4 pics and one of them was deleted.
A cafe stop in Peebles and then home for a fish supper.
