Today is the day of the joint Dollar Community council and Community Development Trust's first public meeting to discuss proposed changes to Clackmannanshire council's budget for the year ahead.  
This shot is the relative calm as the projector and screen get set up and we have a last minute look over the agenda.  Ten minutes later the place was absolutely full, with every seat occupied and people standing at the back.  One of my fellow Trustees had bet me that we wouldn't get more than 20 people turning up but we had nearer 130, so that's him telt !
