Caught between a cushion...

and a cuddly, soft ball.  It's a good life for Alfred! 

It's one of my yoga training weekends.  It was a full on day, and another tomorrow.  Very good but I'll be glad to get in a nice relaxing hot bath as soon as this emergency blip is uploaded! :-)

My Auntie S went with my mum to a lovely shop in Midhurst yesterday and bought me a box - it's decorated with a deer and a crescent moon framed with leaves!  Thanks Gurls! x
