The first snowdrop

THE BOILER’S BROKEN. I was just going to wash the breakfast dishes when I smelled burning coming from the boiler and it wasn’t firing up. A call to British Gas and they’ll get someone to us on MONDAY, but they don’t know what time.

Fortunately we have a gas fire in the lounge, a couple of halogen heaters and an oil-filled radiator, plus an immersion heater.

Still top of the popular page (amazingly ridiculous) but I have a feeling Earthdreamer is going to depose me before Markus_H.
