Visiting an old haunt

I had a course today in Bradford. It was very good and I met up with Dennis from teacher training days. It's always good to bump into him!!
After I wandered round where my teacher training building was and surrounding area where I wandered back then. The residential area hasn't changed......but everything else has! My college is no longer a teacher training college it appears to be a secondary academy and the front of the building has all been built out with large glass windows. It completely encompasses the glass spiral staircase that used to protrude from the front of the building. It looks good ... but........it's not the same!!!!!
The centre of Bradford looks so good now. I enjoyed a coffee from Starbucks in the centre on the way to the course (as my old coffee shop is no longer a coffee shop!) and this evening really enjoyed the fountains and lights. :)
