Foggy

What do you get when temps have been subfreezing for 10 days, ice is everywhere and then, temps go up to 70F (20C)? A Potomac river that seems to be evaporating!

It made for great imagery of the river with wisps of fog twirling around the bridges, monuments (the Washington Monument and the Jefferson seen here) and the banks. An unusual sight around here :)
