Day one

I know it's January and a cliche but this is a must. I genuinely feel fab after all my amazing meals today. I inadvertently had the day off. However I had to have minor surgery done on a cist under my arm; all done by the lovely Dr Lopez in the GP Surgery. I was very impressed. The trainee doc did the stitches (everyone has to learn somehow) and did a grand job. One week till I go back and have them removed. Meantime the Doc thought it was a good thing I had the day off as I'd likely be in pain. So far so good, just some discomfort.
