Havng A Splashing Time.

Another very hot day.  So the best thing to do is play with water.  Mia was a bit unsure at first, but she soon got to like it.

We also spent a bit of time watering the plants, and the ground.  Washed pebbles, and my feet.

Later on we did all the usual things, colouring, sticking, and jigsaw puzzles.

I gave Isabella a  white, plastic basket of coloured pencils.  The basket has holes in it and the pencils kept falling out.

'Need tape,' she said and then pretended to put tape around the basket.

I was astonished, she is only 2, after all.
