A Snowy Egret and Some Cool Sea Creatures Up Close

I was able to break away from the house for about an hour this morning and took a quick drive to the Venice Beach Pier. There were very few birds out, a couple of fisherman, and tons of tourists.  

This Snowy Egret was sitting all alone on the roof of a convenience stand and thought he looked pretty cool against the grayish white clouds.  So here he is for you to see... 

There were also a couple of cool LARGE sea creatures that swam by the pier.  So please check out today's extra aerial photos!
