Our boiler was dripping so we phoned the letting service.

We said if they were sending out a guy he might as well have a look at the tap, it was leaking like Jimmy Savile in the kid's ward.

They sent out a guy, he did nothing for the boiler but managed to fix the tap, so now they both point in different directions.

Idiot.
