Walking
For some reason I thought walking to work would be a great way to get fit, without taking into account how long it would take. 75 minutes each way compared to 20 minutes by bike and 8 by car...... I know I should walk, I know it's good for me and good for the environment, but 75 minutes each way.....
I might have to rethink!
(Day 5 of HRT and I am feeling so much better. I even slept 9 and a half hours one night - a big improvement on 3-4 hours a night, and the world seems so much more manageable after a good night's sleep).
