Heron

I was delighted to see this heron on the Duke of Northumberland's River in Isleworth, but even more delighted to see a kingfisher a few minutes earlier. My photo of that was extremely unconvincing, but it was an amazing sight, and the first kingfisher I have seen for many years. I was surprised to see it in an urban environment.
