The cat, the rat and a frozen pond!

I'm playing catch up again, however for good reasons. Canadian friends whom we have not seen for 20 years came to visit in the New Year, we spent many a long evening over a glass of wine or two or three reminiscing !!! Isn't it great when you meet up with old friends and just pick up where you last left off? So the house is now quiet except for the sound of the washing machine.

This image was taken on Monday morning when we were entertained by another of Tui's skating episodes. This time he had  a dead rat on the ice to chase , his sister Belle joined him and we did hope to see an ice hockey game cat style alas no!
