Heart of Oak

Discovered this solitary oak with branches dying back from the tips indicating disease.

A huge nest in the upper left reaches suggests it may be home to Ospreys - so i'll be a bit coy about the location.

After a 360 degree perambulation this silhouette shooting directly into the sun seemed to worked best.
