WEDNESDAY IS GRANDIES DAY
The school holidays are still happening and we were fortunate to have two grandchildren with us today, MstrA and MissS. It's full on and when you live in an apartment, they are never out of your sight. There was water play including activity with the hose in hand for MstrA and Miss S plain happy to dunk herself in the $20 plastic paddling pool we purchased five years ago. Good value that one.
After delivering MstrA and MissS home, following tears and sounds of displeasure which is pleasing that they prefer to be with us than be at home, MrD and I headed into Fremantle in search of light/shadows for Steveng's challenge for Wide Wednesday. Fremantle is a wonderful place to photograph with its heritage listed buildings etc. Anyhow these buildings are, I believe, a part of the local learning centre. To be honest I'm not sure I would want to be studying in the buildings as they look almost derelict. Information in relation to their history was in short supply.
I quite like the light on the roof and the shadows cast across the road.
Although not quite wide angle and I did crop a little on the right and in the foreground.
Any comments, favourable or otherwise, would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you to Steveng for hosting Wide Wednesday.
Thank you to all who viewed the basil flower yesterday and left lovely comments and stars - they are most appreciated.
