FEEL A BIT LIKE ARKY TONIGHT

Must be thankful today has been the firsy day without strong drugs. Was told these flare ups took a week,or so, over a week so hope the or so comes in today or tomorrow.
Feel lots better so hope it continues.
What would I do without my man.
