Footprints

First day of the 'tattie' holidays and it was a great morning for a walk, so we headed for the Ythan Estuary at Newburgh.

Lots of good views with stubble fields and water and I managed a few nice shots, but I'm not up to the quality of Hopps1, so headed for some shots down on the beach.

There were some beautiful small waves with a nice offshore breeze this morning, but surfers prefer the breaks at Aberdeen and Fraserburgh on days like these.

We fancied a walk right down to the river mouth and the seals but cut it short as we all got peckish! Managed this shot and it was definitely the best of a few nice images.

Great to have a bit more time to enjoy getting outside blipping again.
