Three daft dogs walked and swum/swam!
Second stage of Cassis making done. I've had blackcurrants from the garden soaking in Brandy for two months, today the liquid was strained through muslin and sugar added. I've to stir once a day for the next two days and then we can bottle it up. It smells amazing and in just a few months time it will be ready. It'll join my raspberry liqueur and soon to be ready slow gin- Mmmm mmmm Mmmm!
Thought I'd better not neglect the boys though so today's bake is Banana and Chocolate Chip Loaves. They smell pretty good too and my taste testers seem quite happy.
