Finger lickin' good!

Usually when people think about Japanese food they think of sushi but there's a lot more to Japanese food than raw fish. This yakitori place is on the corner of my street and it is fabulous. Cheap, tasty and plentiful.

Yakitori means 'chicken grilled on a skewer' & it's far tastier than the fast food burger variety! You just have to look out for the toriwasa chicken which is medium- rare chicken servedwith wasabi... yes blippers, PINK chicken!!I'm told that the chicken is so fresh it's not a risk... Fingers crossed ;)

The only time to eat diet food is while you're waiting for the steak to cook
