Notice Anything?

Apart from the fact that a bit of a clean up would be a good idea.  No, nor did I until my boiler man turned up with bad tidings:
1.  A bill for servicing two boilers and doing the landlord gas safety checks.
2.  The news that the upstairs boiler (the original house boiler) will soon need replacing at a cost of £2,500.
3.  Had I noticed that the lead had been stripped from my porch roof?

Aargh!
