name dropping

Band practice today - first time all 5 of us have been together since last October.  

This is John with a new (old) guitar.  It belongs to Ralph McTell (they’re old mates) and John has it while he decides if it’s a ‘keeper’ or not.

Before Ralph McTell it belonged to Emmylou Harris (swoon).

I had a quick strum and wondered who else had had that priviledge.  What stories it could tell.    I think it’s going to be a keeper.
