Collecting sand....

was delightful in today's sunshine and warmth! Needed it for my icebound drive; deicing salt melted it during the day and then it froze again overnight. Bought two sacks of sand from the builders merchant and it was just like concrete when I got it home, even bashing with a hammer had little effect.
When I arrived home, the drive was already better because it was so much warmer today.
Had to put the Brent Geese in the extra, because they really seemed to be enjoying themselves.
