Otley Hydro Electric Power Plant

I last Blipped in 2012, since when I've had a 5 year absence.  A lot has happened in Otley in that time.

The first change is that we now have a hydro-electric plant which has been operating for about a year.  You can see the twin Archimede's Screws which drive the generator, and to the right a salmon ladder designed to help salmon up the weir.
