Tides Out

Busy busy day today - so busy, I completely forgot to take a photo until the tide was out during a dog walk with a best friend. So lovely to spend time with her as I’ve not had the opportunity to catch up with her since October.
Gym this morning and swim fit tonight and a lot of meetings and work in between - I’m delightfully tired (been up since 4:30am) and hoping for a good nights sleep.
