Town And Gown

I had 2 trips to Cambridge today. The first was to sort out contact lenses and new glasses. An expensive trip. I popped into Boots who had reduced all their gift sets to half price so I’ve filled up the birthday party present cupboard. They won’t last long, Poppy needs 3 birthday presents for friends this weekend.

Then back over to The Nuffield Hospital this afternoon to be poked and prodded, pushed and squished and generally manhandled.
To cut a long story short, they stuck a needle in me and drained a large cyst.
All well now.
