In the Kitchen #6 - Humility

Just as you think that you are on the right track.

Just as you think that things might be going your way and that life is good.

You get thrown a curve-ball.

Some really sad news last night. Today we are all still reeling. We will be for a long time to come. And then some.

You know when you want to take the ones you love and wrap them up so tightly so that all the pain gets squeezed out? You want to take that pain away and hold it for them so that they can be free, just for a while?

And you realise that, in the greater scheme of things, you aren't even as big as a grain of raw sugar.

So today we're sad, we're in shock. Pure disbelief.

And our prayers are with you. Always.
