Grilling In The Frozen Tundra

Well I did indeed go out onto the back patio tonight to grill some certified black angus prime NY strip steaks which turned out excellent.

Ripley can vouch for the quality and taste because when I turned my back for two seconds, she hopped up on the counter to sample the product. 

Sorry for the lack of commenting but taking care of a sick kitty is taking up a lot of our attention. 
Although, from the looks of this blip you would never know what her actual condition is like. 

Just getting through each day as best we can right now.
