On fire

I flambéed a wee Christmas pudding last night. Quite a lot of bourbon on fire, to match the bourbon in the pudding and the vanilla anglaise. Was too busy dealing with the fire to get a pic of full flames but there is still a blue glow at the bottom! Totally delish too.
