Galette des rois

A few days ago my wife received a link to this French recipe (see below, with a 2 min video) and we decided to go for it this weekend. Traditionally it should have been yesterday, but still ok today. Our neighbours were invited to coffee & galette and appreciated it very much. For me it was amazing to see how easy the recipe is.
