Lucky catch.

Another lazy morning for me and Noo while ZQ played rugby and GravyC did his run. We decided that Noo needed to run off a bit of energy after lunch, so headed off to Bexhill. I ran 9 miles on the way there, battling with the wind across Pevensey levels. I was warm enough whilst running, but developed hypothermia at the 'flayground'!!! We walked to the De La Warr Pavilion to sit down and warm up with a coffee, but the time I got there my lips were too frozen to say Cappuccino!
