The end of a long day..

A long day, little inspiration.
Two glasses of wine, spinach & ricotta lasagne, Downton Abbey has just finished.

Which reminds me of several reasons to be cheerful, notably Clare Balding being a brilliant chair for ' Have I got news for you? ' on Thursday. She does a good line in NOT finding Jimmy Saville remotely entertaining... good on you Clare.

Other than that : its been a lovely sunny day, I went to the gym and my knees don't hurt, and I have my lovely bike back after its free 4 week service. More good weather required for my next ride out.

I am going to the Plastic surgery unit at Broomfield hospital for some lazer treatment on Friday - if I'm brave I'll post some pics !
