The Shekel Snorkel

About two minutes after this photo was taken Tom discovered that snorkels and waves don't really mix although swimming just before sunset when the water's about 28 degrees more than makes up for it.

Tom had sorted out his own money exchange at Luton airport yesterday morning - very proud of the 100 shekels he got for his saved pocket money. Hadn't the heart, or the energy, to explain that we found out he'd have got a wee bit more for his sterling once we were here. 100 shekels sounds like heaps of cash when you're eight.

Anyhow - blew the lot on a mask and snorkel... didn't even haggle
