At last the sun

Finally we saw the sun today.
To celebrate I decided to go for a wee drive north. My daughter's boyfriend had noticed a tree on one of his trips up north and said it was worth photographing so I duly drove in search of a tree. An hour and a bit later I came upon said tree which is in my extra. I wasn't overly happy with the light and there wasn't enough snow cover so it's not the star attraction today despite the efforts I made to get it. 
For those driving north in Scotland take a left at Dalwhinnie (also in my extra - the twin towers of the distillery) and you'll chance upon my tree about 4 miles along the Fort William road.
