It could have been worse.
1. I was in the Waitrose carpark, so was not stuck in the traffic with people hooting and shouting.
2. Waitrose had a coffee shop, so I waited in the warmth with cappuccino and the paper.
3. ‘Facilities’ were at hand.
4. They came to the rescue in just over an hour.
New battery is required!
