Holly berries

Rotten weather today, or at least extremely unpredictable. We spent it at another out of town shopping complex filled with toys we have no intention of buying for the kids. I guess they will work on their pester power until one day we'll crack and let them let rip just for an easy life. For now, it's a still a cheap means of entertaining the kids.

Much earlier, I saw the dew lingering on these holly berries and liked the way they refracted the red hue. I'm afraid this shot really is better than the later pictures of our children worshipping on the altar of mass consumerism.
