Ice in the Pond

In the 11 1/2 years I've lived in Calabash, NC, I have never seen ice in our neighborhood ponds or other ponds in the area.  This  photo was about 3:30 PM today in North Myrtle Beach. The boat is a prop at one of the many miniature golf courses in the area.  As you can see, part of the pond is covered with ice, and a little snow remains as well. Our temps for the last few days and through Sunday have been and will be way below normal.
