Resolution?

I mentioned a couple years ago how ironic it was that the fountain in front of the water offices was non-functional. Well, I'm not sure if it was a New Years resolution or not, but when I was there paying water bills today the fountain was splashing up a storm. I also noticed that four days into the new year and the building signage had already been updated to reflect 2018. That is very quick for a Mexican public utility, heck that is quick for any public utility. Looking back at the older photo shows how much things have changed in just a few short years.
